Body Composition Assessments
Body Fat %, Body Mass Index, Circumference Measurements, Waist to Hip Ratio.

Performance Assessments
Cardio Test, Lower Body Strength Test, Upper Body Strength Test, Upper/Lower Body Agility and Stabilization Tests.

Weight Loss and Toning
Lose those extra pounds and sculpt your body.

Strength and Hypertrophy Training
Pack on muscle and increase your functional strength and maximal strength.

Flexibility and Balance Training
Increase range of motion, relieve joint stress and better your neuromuscular efficiency with integrated flexibility and balance training.

Cardiorespiratory Training
Improve your cardio and aerobic capacity while burning those extra calories.

Core Training
The core is the center of gravity in the body, and all movement begins with the core. Strengthening the core will improve dynamic postural control, allowing for the expression of functional strength, and ensuring appropriate muscular balance.

Reactive Training (plyometrics)
Quick explosive movements that stimulates the body’s proprioceptive mechanism allowing for maximal force output in the minimal time.

Sport Specific Training
Specialized programs in rehabilitation, reconditioning, and performance enhancement. These integrated fitness programs are sure to keep athletes performing at the highest level.

Corrective Exercise
Proper assessments and programs to correct muscle imbalances and postural deviations. Many people do not understand the term corrective exercise but as most of us learned growing up, the bones, muscles, and joints of the body are all connected and need to work as a unit.

The body acts as a kinetic chain and when there is one deviation along that chain, another usually occurs elsewhere. For example, a simple overpronation of the foot (flat footed at the arch) will more then likely cause an external rotation of the tibia (shin bone), which then causes the knees to adduct (move inwards to the center of the body). This problem can then lead to the pelvis having an anterior tilt (lower back arch), due to the iliofemoral ligament twisting when the femur follows the knee adduction. To follow on with the kinetic chain, the body will naturally adapt to these changes and create a scapular protraction (rounded shoulders) with the head moving forward. This kyphosis of the thoracic spine and lordosis of the neck occur to compensate for the weight change of the lower back lordosis caused by the hip extension.

These muscoloskeletal concerns can lead to pain throughout the body and create really bad posture. Proper postural alignment puts the body in a state of optimum neuromuscular efficiency allowing for proper joint mechanics and effective distribution of force throughout the kinetic chain. It lets the body produce high levels of functional strength. Without it, the body may degenerate and/or experience postural distortion patterns. Through proper assessments, the underactive muscles and overactive muscles can be noted which can leave the specialist to conduct the corresponding exercise program.
